TBC Christmas Light Show Story
Sometimes you never hear how God uses sometime like an event. Here is part of an email I received last week. Praise God for how He is using TBC to help people take the "next step."

...Along with the Christmas treats we send around our neighborhood, this year, we also attached an invite to the light show.  One of our neighbors went to the show, came to church, and they have continued to come.  They are now going to go through the Welcome Class. 
 
Our family definitely enjoyed the "oohs" and "ahhs" of the show and hearing the story of Jesus, but we are amazed by the impact it also had.  Thank you so much...

All Church Orchestra Rehearsal Time Change This Saturday
Our rehearsal is February 9th. It will be from 9:30am to 11am (not 9am).

Kids Choir Cranks Up This Sunday
The Kids Choir will crank up again this Sunday with their kick-off rehearsal at 4:30pm.

All Vocalists: Next Rehearsal
The next Mass Vocal Group rehearsal will be Thursday, February 21 from 6:45pm to 8:00pm in preparation to lead worship on February 24.

NEW: Individual Vocalist Rehearsal Tracks On CD Available for Pickup
If you are a vocalist who sang two weeks ago, then you already have an individual vocal rehearsal track CD for Mass Vocal Group rehearsal on 2/21. This CD has ALL the individual parts for rehearsal already sung for you - soprano, alto, tenor, and bass. If you were unable to sing two weeks ago, be sure to pick up a rehearsal CD for the mass vocal group (located outside the Mulvane worship arts office [Nat's old office]). Remember, relationships are far more important than music in rehearsals. That's why these CD are made for you in advance - so you already know the music before you come to rehearsal. And for you tech savvy musicians - here are the vocal tracks for you online.

Cindy Patton (bass guitar) - pray for sister-in-law, Pam Patton, who is taking experimental chemo, she is in the last stages of cancer, pray for her husband, Mike, and also her son, Mike

Kevin Givens (tech) - written by Kevin > thanks again for all your support...in prayers. I'm still amazing nurses here with who well I'm getting around and doing things on my own and there can only be one Reason for that. God is sooo Good. On the down side, they recommend no driving for 2 weeks after the surgery (I can be a passenger). But, once that restriction is lifted, I hope to ease back into work there at TBC [Kevin is now home recovering, pray for a full recovery]
