String Sunday Feedback
What a great weekend of worship - especially with all the string players! Here are two comments that came in on Monday morning. Praise God for using us to be an avenue of worship for others. What I enjoy even more than having the 11 string musicians on stage (every string instrument represented), is the fact that the string bowing give MOTION to the music visually. A big thank you to each of you who made this work.

Loved the violin/strings music in the worship service this morning!

I wanted to thank you for the wonderful music this morning. Most of the time I'm ushering and don't really get a chance to join in, but this morning the strings stopped me dead in my tracks. I loved it. It really gave me the opportunity to praise our Lord.

TBC's Very Own Steve Larson Featured
Steve Larson has had his drama work published in the June 2008 edition of Drama Ministry! Do you recall the skit he did with the helipcopter rescue...the one he was in uniform from the crows nest in the auditorium. That's right - his skit "To The Rescue" is what was published. Praise God for how He is using Steve's talent beyond TBC's walls!

Bring Them Back: Folders
Those of you that are hoarding folders. Bring them back to the office so we don't keep Office Depot in business through the recession. Thanks!

Kids Choir: Speaking Parts Rehearsals
Kids in the kids musical "Life School Musical" who have a speaking part will rehearse 30 minutes earlier than the rest of the kids choir. Speaking parts will want to be at rehearsal at 4:00pm to work with Joyce Harris.

All Church Orchestra Rehearsal
The next All Church Orchestra rehearsal will be Saturday, April 12 from 9:30am to 11:00am in preparation to lead worship on Sunday, April 13. Music folders will be published about 3 weeks prior to our rehearsal and available for pickup.

All Singers Rehearse with MVG Next on Thursday, April 17th
This next Mass Vocal Group rehearsal will be on Thursday, April 17 from 6:45pm to 8:00pm in preparation to lead worship for Sunday, April 20. Hopefully you've picked up a rehearsal CD and have your part ready - but if you didn't click here to listen to the rehearsal tracks online.

Nat Out of Office This Weekend

Jay Norris (video tech) - Jay's wife, Annette, will be heading to Denver, CO for a lung transplate while battling lung disease, she writes... 

Kevin and DeAnne Beck (vocalists) - their son Hayden has been sick with a bacterial infection since last Saturday.  He was also experiencing a stiff jaw and neck along with fever.  We ended up in the ER today thinking he would need a CT scan of his jaw and neck.  Fortunately, no CT scan yet.  They feel that the fever that he still has is related to the infection and hasn't cleared his body yet.  As for the jaw/neck pain the Dr. feels that he has strained a muscle in is neck that is causing the neck/jaw pain. 

Joan Crouse (tape ministry) - their son, Paul Crouse, was diagnosed with Grade IIIB lung cancer in the spring of 2005, he developed pericarditis (inflammation of the sac around the heart) last week and has been off work for a week, please pray that the pericarditis might be completed healed
