You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.

TBC Web Update: Bare with Us
For one week, some of the links on this page will NOT work due to a website switch-over that TBC will be ironing out this week. The links may work for a day or two - but after this, they will not. All the links in NEXT WEEK'S email of "Worship Matters" should work fine. Bare with us as the switch is made. When the switch occurs - you should be able to see the TBC church website revamp as well.

My Private Life & Keeping It Simple
Want to know more about my private life (insert shreaking strings from horror flick here). Or want to know what 'keeping it simple' means to the TBC staff. Read more...

The Mass Vocal Group rehearsal will be this Thursday, April 17 from 6:45pm to 8:00pm in preparation to lead worship for this Sunday, April 20. Hopefully you've picked up a rehearsal CD and have your part ready - but if you didn't

Special Message from Elizabeth Heyroth (vocalist)
Many of you know that Elizabeth's husband passed away recently from a canoe accident. Some of you anonomously helped her out in very real ways. This is a special message from Elizabeth...

I still have tears come to my eyes when I think about how generously all have served Ethan and me.  Your SO many contributions have been a HUGE blessing in my life!!  They have allowed me to stay home this year with my precious son, given me time to let God heal my heart, and allowed me to plan for our future.  Most importantly, YOU have been a true testimony to me of God's faithfulness to provide for ALL of our needs and strengthened my faith to trust in Him.  I have been truly amazed at how God's family has become my immediate family and if I knew who each of you were, I would give you a great big hug!  Thank you for serving me so generously!!

Love,
Elizabeth (& Ethan) Heyroth

Feedback from this Past Weekend
The all church orchestra was GREAT this past weekend. I'm so happy with the full sound coming out of all the musicians. It's great to have the low end strings and brass! Want to know what others are saying? Here's some feedback I recieved Monday morning...

I just want you to know how much I enjoyed "A Mighty Fortress" yesterday. It was powerfully played, befitting the words which most of us knew by memory, I'm sure. The violin part was beautiful.

"Speak, O Lord" has such good words and, at least for me, the quietly played accompaniment quiets my heart before the message. "Ancient Words" is the same. You can use these as often as you can and I won't tire of them

Kids Musical: Watch the Online Video
Want to see a promotional video of the upcoming kids choir musical. Watch the promotional video off the promotional website. The full kids choir will rehearse from 4:00pm to 5:30pm.
The next Sunday, April 20, everyone will rehearse from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. There will also be a rehearsal on Thursday, April 24th from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.

Audio Rewing: Easter

PRAYER & PRAISES

Barb Blue (clarinet) - mother had another stroke this weekend and was in the ER, pray for healing  UPDATE

Matt & Stephanie Teagarden (tech, vocalist) - Matt Teagarden's mom, Loretta, had another serious aneurism along the left major artery in her brain. She is only 63 yrs. old, & has had a lot of health issues for the past 15 months. The surgical options for her are very risky and experimental.  She has been told she has around 6 mos. to decide if she wants to try one of 2 possible surgeries or just ride it out.  Pray that should she opt out of surgery that God will work a miracle and keep her aneurism from growing for many years.
Pray for wisdom in that decision process, as well as salvation, comfort, & peace for her & all family members.
UPDATE

Matt Ottman (light show engineer) - continue to pray for the Ottman family as Matt's wife, Rachel, continues to home school their children while having MS, the MS walk is coming up for them on April 26 (Bryan & Lisa Nelson plan to walk as well) UPDATE

Steve Larson (drama) - Steve's dad is back in Stormont Vail again, he's rotated between the hospital, Kansas Rehab Hospital and home continually since the beginning of December with pancreitis and other health problems that keep him from eating, he has lost a lot of weight and has dialysis three times a week, pray that God will grant him some health and the ability to eat solid food and keep it down so he can get his strength back, also pray that God will keep his mind clear so we can talk with him  UPDATE

Judy Chase (vocalist) - Judy's sister in law, Mary Jo, has been moved from ICU to a regular room.  She continues to show some residual effects of a brain lesion

Jay Norris (video tech) - Jay's wife, Annette, will be heading to Denver, CO for a lung transplate while battling lung disease
