All Church Orchestra: Coming Soon
All TBC instrumentalists will be playing in the orchestra coming soon. Rehearsal will be Saturday, June 7 from 9:30am to 11am. Then the group will lead in worship on Sunday, June 8. Call time will be 7:15am. Music folders will be available for pick-up THIS Sunday, May 25 on the shelf outside the Mulvane worship arts office. I've gotten emails from just about everyone letting me know they are playing, but if you haven't yet - email me to let me know you are coming.

Elizabeth Speaks, God Works
Read this incredible message from Elizabeth from when she spoke last weekend at a high school graduation event! Praise God for how He is using her.

"It went SO well!! Thank you for the prayers! I know so many people were praying and I could actually feel a huge peace fill me as soon as I stepped up to the podium. It was as if I was just talking to three good friends! The students responded well and the Gideons were at the reception afterwards passing out Bibles. There were several students, and even parents, that picked up Bibles! Also, I had a student that actually graduated last year come up to me and tell me that because of all of the events of this last year, he had accepted Christ! God is still at work! The whole baccalaureate was very God-centered and filled with scripture and truth! I am still praying for everyone that attended that day!" - Elizabeth Heyroth

Light Show Feedback
Yes, it's not even summer yet - and some work on the Christmas Light Show for this year has already begun. Steve Larson is working on a script and some others are in the planning stages. In the meantime, check out this feedback from the 2007 event...

"We spent last evening with our welcome class and have decided to start a community group.  We just love being at TBC.  We are so glad that TBC had the Christmas light show outreach.  We really feel there is something special going on at TBC."

Don Scholl (camera) - pray for their son, Nathan. When Don's wife was in Palm Springs, CA, Nathan ended up being real sick with a high fever over Mother's Day. He is back in LA now and is a little depressed. Pray that Nathan would be open to listening to God and taking that first step of trust

Geri Turvey (flute) - pray for Geri's husband, Steve, and his family. Steve's father experienced many changes this last week and hospice feels his homegoing will be sometime within the next week, pray too for Doris, his wife 

Nathan Hopeck (electric guitar) - Nathan's wife (Randee) is expecting soon. Pray for a smooth delivery, also pray for Randee's family as her father passed away from cancer this past weekend 

Bryan Nelson (pastor) - Bryan's brother is in China teaching English. Part of the group he is with will go to the worst part of the earthquake zone to help out medically. Pray for safety 

Elizabeth Heyroth (vocalist) - Elizabeth spoke at the Shawnee Heights baccalaureate on Saturday, May 17th. Pray that God will work in the hearts of those who heard her speak 

John Crouse (A/V duplication ministry) - John went to the new neurosurgeon and was diagnosed with "flat back" syndrome. He will be treated with medication and see the Pain Management Clinic at SV in a month to see if he is a candidate for a device that could be implanted to help control his pain 

Roy Tanner (violin) - Roy's son, Jacob, was diagnosed with having the Hand/Foot/Mouth disease, is doing better now. Thank you for praying. His skin hasn't completely healed yet, but he's feeling better 

Dustin & Laura Fluke (trumpet), Josh & Eryka Benteman (drums), Nathan & Randee Hopeck (electric guitar)- Babies on the way, pray for continued health and smooth deliveries
